There are of course formulas that can't be transformed into a Horn clause but is it possible to construct an equivalent Horn clause that is true under the same interpretation?

  • $\begingroup$ Can you clarify what you mean by "equivalent Horn clause"? Does it mean "both have the same truth value under every interpretation"? Or just "both are true under some interpretation"? $\endgroup$ – John L. Nov 28 '18 at 1:57
