I want some piece of advice on how can I improve my capability of proving NP-completeness of problems. I am well known with all the concepts theoretically but when it comes to solving down, I get stuck. I don't know where to start with, which gadgets to use, how to make reducible structures. These all things indeed make me feel like a loser and helpless. I want some advice on how should I approach a problem and how to practice given problems in order to gain mastery.
Any advice, practice material or reference papers or related would be helpful.
Thank you so much.
