recently Hamas has shot a lot of rockets to Israeli cities. I found a large database containing thousands of entries from the past 3 days.

The database is a large list of triplets in the form of $(time, date, area)$. Ultimately, I would like to predict the "new elements" in this list - the times at which Hamas is more likely to shoot rockets (and where to).

From the data we can easily see a few characteristics: the rockets are sent in batches to nearby cities. Also a really large portion of cities who where shot are closer to the place where the rockets are shot from.

So my question is: How can I construct a machine learning model that is capable of predicting the next time and area of missile shootings, using this dataset and the prior knowledge I have?
