I have a question as such The memory employs 8 bit word addressing, in which one 8 bit address is given to each word

memory access sequence: 6, 214, 175, 214 , 6

cache 1: 1 word block size, 8 words capacity, direct mapped cache cache 2: 2 words block size, 8 words capacity, direct mapped cache

I need to find cache index bits, tag bit and block offset bit.

I go thru a lot of examples. but they are all in memory address. (i.e 16 bit/ 32 bit memory address). what is the changes when the given is 8 bit word address? Please help me.
