I am a firmware engineer at a prestigious company. Primarily developing embedded systems in C/C++. I also manage a website and provide expertise in machine learning and image processing. In grad school, my thesis was in the field of machine learning in application to computer vision. So, background is very much in more-abstract computer science, however now, working closely with hardware.
At home, I am a Christian, a husband, a foster-dad, and regular geek. I love learning more about computing systems as well as reading books on many different subjects including theology. My photo is funny-looking because I was at a missions event where we dressed up as PNG tribal warriors. Quirky is another word to describe me.
Glad to be here! Learning as I go!
